I could only get into the first three minutes before I had to shut it off in disgust. Jezus Fuckin' H Krist, what the **** is up with that completely bullshit panegyric to a mediocre martial artist?

    Extreme TKD is anything but.

Why is it that McDojos insist on instructing their blind followers in ethics and personal conduct? It has nothing to do with fighting, and frankly they can have all the 'integrity' and honesty they want, but they're still gonna get clocked at the end of the day.

Edit: Forms and ritualised patterns don't improve your technique under pressure.

Double edit, I just finished it: 14 BELTS!?!?!?!?!

Triple edit: Why is there a 12 year old instructing!? His nuts clearly haven't come down yet!

Are you kidding, man? That WAS extreme; in fact, it was more than extreme. It was X-TREME! X-TREME weakness. X-TREME gayness. X-TREME bullshit. You might only see it if you look at just the right angle, but there really was alot of extremeness in that video.
