Kenny Lapka (Kickboxer)

I was wondering if any of you have heard of a Kickboxer named Kenny "Krazy Foot" Lapka. My instructor was trained in Kickboxing by this Mr. Ken Lapka. Their is nothing about him on the net. The only thing I found about him was:

It calls him a "Full Contact Stylist" but my instructor says he recieved both Kickboxing (like American/Full Contact) and Muay Thai training from him.

Has anyone heard of Ken Lapka?

Maybe register on that board and see if "formless" is still active, and ask if he has any info?
