I really don't see JKD as a viable example of proving this - by no stretch am I anti-JKD, but I'd like to see him/his students against typical Muay Thai/BJJ students.

I'm sure he'd be willing to give that a go. He has made numerous comments on other boards about his opinion on training in the booj and how a person needs realism in combat. Maybe a Muay Thai or BJJ guy would fair better than the JKD guys did, but I don't think he'd turn anyone away who asked for a round.

As a note, I've never met the guy or spoken with him. I've actually only been to Dallas once. I'm just basing my statements on things I've read from him and what I've seen him voluntarily post for others to critique.

By posting a picture of himself or a video of his training he would simply be adding to his credibility.

I find your level of fitness lacking. Also, your body fat percentage is at an unacceptably high level.
