Unfortunately, genetics has a large role in your height. So take a good look at your family. If you have taken pre-calculus or calculus, you will have seen something called standard deviation. It looks like this:

Basically, you have a good chance of hitting the middle ground and a lesser chance of being significantly taller or significantly shorter. That being said, there are unpredictable anomalies in genetic recombination that can throw it off.
That being said...sleep and vitamins. If all else fails, tie your limbs to 4 horses and have them pull in different directions. -
