    Hello all. I'm a 15 year-old standing at 161cm and weighing around 57kgs.
I really, really want to get taller. Any tips?

Make sure you're not short on any vitamins, minerals, or macronutrients.
    Get lots of sleep.
    Avoid getting sick.

If you're rich and your parents are in on it, you could try HGH, but at fifteen you might be a bit too old for it.

He's not kidding. Optimal sleep combined with optimal nutrition is your best bet.

Unfortunately, genetics has a large role in your height. So take a good look at your family. If you have taken pre-calculus or calculus, you will have seen something called standard deviation. It looks like this:

Basically, you have a good chance of hitting the middle ground and a lesser chance of being significantly taller or significantly shorter. That being said, there are unpredictable anomalies in genetic recombination that can throw it off.

That being said...sleep and vitamins. If all else fails, tie your limbs to 4 horses and have them pull in different directions.
:911flag: If you are lost, I will find you. If you are wounded, I will carry you. If you are pinned, I will cover you. If you are killed, I will recover and remember you. If you trespass against me, my countrymen, or my loved ones...I will kill you.
