What's the best source/dvd/whetever out there to learn teh dirty street fighting tactics (ya know, like groin kicks and ****) ? Yeah yeah I know training in sport based MA 's are the best way to learn to fight......but assuming someone is already doing that, where should they look to learn teh dirty tactics? Bas Rutten's Lethal Street Fighting DVD maybe?

wtf... you want to learn to kick in the groin. it's not that hard.

    1.) Raise knee.
2.) Extend foot until you feel contact with a soft, fleshy sack.
    3.) Retract foot
4.) Runaway before the poor bastard gets up and beats your ass.

    Dude, what the ****?

Assuming you already have a decent, or at least basic foundation in, say BJJ or Judo (two of the arts you claim to train), wrestling or boxing, how much fucking brainpower is it required to know how to fishhook, groin kick, bite, elbow, spit, eye gouge and most important of all, sucker punch and fight with your friends behind you?
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
