    Hell yeah! Hell no!
I thought it would be appropriate to chime in here for my first post.

I can't speak to who is a senior student, but I know who I think would win in a fight. I'm knew here so I'll refrain but, I have some video that might help put things in perspective.

Here is an intro to St Charles. I'll post some more tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will post St Charles and Wilson doing forms andyou can come to your own conclusions. This will be fun.

    Welcome to bullshido.

Just a heads up, your view will be attacked. Forms=/=equal fighting here at bullshido. I enjoy forms and I'm not going to get into a technical argument about their worth.

I'm warning you beforehand what tends to happen when you make statements like:

Be forewarned and have a thick skin.

Pai Lum has a large percentage of kenpo in it. (Wilson has even produced a couple of kenpo instructional videos). St. Charles opened and closed his form with the "Kenpo Salutation". Wilson's video was the opening line of Book Set (Panther Set), that is part of the curriculum in Tracy's Kenpo.

Really? The opening is almost identical to Book Set, which is actually a CLF form.

Not to be an ass but, that kind of supports his point.

Ha! Point well taken. I wasn't disagreeing with his opinion on Glenn Wilson and Pai Lum. I know enough about both to be able to do that. I was focusing more on the reference to Hung Gar. I've been involved in a debate over where Book Set came from on another forum in regards to kenpo and I was finally able to find out where Parker and Tracy learned it. Given the heavy reliance on kenpo on the Pai Lum system, this thread could actually go on either forum.
