It's also a good work out if you are actively working out in MT, as you don't want to be sore from that and then lift a lot of weights- it's over-training. If you want to be skinny and strong, there's always Crossfit.com- do those workouts everyday. With the stamina from cross country and the workouts there, you'd be a skinny fit freak. Good luck.
