    Hell yeah! Hell no!

has anyone tried newgrip weight gloves

    http://www.newgrip.com/

I've been using KBs for some time but lately they are starting to really rip up my palms. These gloves look too good to be true, but they use that Matt Fureyesqe marketing style so I'm a tad suspicious. Have any of you guys tried these/like them?

Grip/wrist strength isn't the problem. I just am getting my palms ripped up pretty badly with the abrassions cuz Kettlebells actually turn around in your hands when you clean and stuff.

How is it better it han a regular glove?

Also, as GIJoe said, wrap a towel around the bar. The keettlebell will slide inside the towel and stop your hands from being ripped up.

Wrap a towel around the bar, or find weight lifting gloves. York Barbell has some great gloves that I used to use before I went on the injury list
