It reads like they've set up a gym and are producing their own independent action movie. Nothing wrong with that, except that even a strong fitness/MA background doesn't necessarily equip people as stunt performers and co-ordinators.

This is in the building that DMAG used to be in. It may actually be the same suite. I saw chi-balls and shoulder rockets in the gallery. I don't know if that is for the stunt man side or for the MA side. I hope for the former and not the latter.
