Thats why it is called "conditioning" and not ruining your hands... lol

My mom (Edit; my ex girlfriend was worried to lol) was so concerned cause accidentally she saw me a while ago while I was trying to do push ups with 2 fingers and one handed pushups cause she thought I would brake my fingers...

Well I didnt brake my fingers and now I can do it.

Thats why it is called conditioning... :user:

What's the story behind this style? The writing says something about Shaolin technique, and the way of the empty hand (I think).

Basically, Shorin Ryu comes from Naha Te and Shuri Te, which were Okiawanan styles that was mostly wrestling with kicks. Bushi Matsumura was a master of both styles and a bodyguard to the King of Okinawa. He was sent to China to learn the "China Hand", which was Kung Fu including White Crane techniques. Hohan Soken is the great great grand-nephew of Bushi Matsumura.

"Yeah, Benny wrote about that fight later. He said some thing like "After the first time he kicked me in the leg, I remember thinking that it was was the hardest I had ever been kicked before. But I thought that, since he gave everything he had and I could take it, that the victory was mine.

    Then he kicked me again...""

    hahahahahaha ;D
