You don't have to be a fighter, but you'd better be serious about training if you want to learn Muay Thai here.
Old style round timed training. Class size runs from 6 - 12 people. Ray Cole is lead instructer, has several assistant instructors.
Fight team travels to Thailand once a year to train at the Fairtex camp. All fight team competes at the amatuer level.
$15 per class, $75 per month for 2 classes a week, $120 per month for unlimited.
Offers classes Mon - Sat. Sat morning women only class, followed by strength and conditioning training.
Mon - Fri 6:00 - 7:30 for beginner/intermediate, 7:30 - 9:00 for advanced.
When there are more than 8 students, it can get crowded.
No A/C in the building - it is hot in Tampa most of the year and DAMN HOT in their building, even with the fans running.
I recommend you do some cardio and heat tolerance conditioning on your own for a few weeks before trying a class.
As an example, warm up alone is 3 rounds of skipping rope, which 95% of people can't do. Of course you can always puss out and jump on the tire....
