Style: None yet just street
ok guys heres the story. im 22 6' at 165 i been around a lot of fighters growin up some just street scrappers and other who are trained. i never really got into martial arts until recently i plan on startin to train as soon as im done healing from surgery. my question is what kinda routine should i do outside of whatever the gym will do to me when i train?

Style: San Da, Judo, BJJ
Stretches, cardio (skipping, running etc), burpees till you puke.

Also, NJminitrucker, join a martial arts school first. Then worry about exercise routines outside of your martial arts training.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
