The handle does resemble the chili pepper handle on some Mercworx knives, but the shape isn't quite right, and they really don't have anything THAT big.

guys it's a mercworx goliath knife , all re knifes are based on mercworx but they are a bit redesigned , in re 4 leon uses mercworx sniper model , goliath has a 10 3/4 inch blade

Hi All,

The one you are looking for is based on a MercWorx Goliath. It's not completely accurate, as CAPCOM did adjust it a bit, but the base model is of this knife.

The blade is a bit thinner in RE5, but I think if you buy one of these, you will get really close!

Being a huge geek I wonder where I was when this was originally posted. All those who said it was a Mercworx knife are correct. The both Leon's knife in RE4 and Chris in RE5 are based on Mercworx knives.
