When I was about 17 I could walk up a flight of 13 steps on my hands.

Just throwing that out there as a challenge...*

I think I'm too short for that... I'd probably hit my head on every step even if I could muster the strength / skill it takes to complete such a feat.

I remember doing lots of these when in high school as part of my farm boy workout. I could crank out about 15 a set. The day after my face would be all spotted and itchy because of ruptured blood vessels.

It just made my face itch only by thinking about it. The power of the mind!

If you don't feel good with using a wall, or dont' have the wall space, find someone who can hold your legs while doing it. I used to do these years ago, and that's what I did since I have trouble holding hand stands.
