Anything upbeat and hard, usually Alphazone's Rockin' ,Accept ,Iced Earth ,Rotting Christ(Archon FTW!)

BTW,has it been proven scientifically that music during workout can raise the extent or volume of said workout?(lift a little more,run/wrestle a little more etc).I had heard such a thing some years back.

Too bad I can't rep in this forum, 'cause you deserve one FOR YOUR EXCELLENT TASTE IN MUSIC!!!!!

I love Canadian East Coast Celtic, and the DKM are the punkier side of that genre. Great to work out to, great to sit on the deck at the cottage and drink to.

I actually forgot what utter complete **** the music industry has been churning out the last decade or so until I read this thread. Granted, my taste in music ranges from Velveeta to Mozart, but it's completely depressing to read these choices. And this from the guy who chose "Survivor" for this thread.

NOW GET THE HELL OFF MY LAWN!!!

"We often joke -- and we really wish it were a joke -- that you will only encounter two basic problems with your 'self-defense' training.
    1) That it doesn't work
    2) That it does work"
