I guess you can say its similar but I'd save the weights for the heavy lifting.
Bodyweight exercise allows you to do something other than weights, and allows you to train at different angles where weight work doesn't
eg. diamond pushups, reverse pushups, neck bridging, hindu pushups, hindu squats, jumper squats, etc...The Wastrel - So attractive he HAS to be a woman.
