The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Scott Smith v. Pete Sell, bitches.
The ending:

I've loved all of Pete's fights. The guy has lost his last couple goes, but every one has been insanely exciting.

I second Scott Smith vs. Pete Sell. What I love is that leading up to that amazing knockout you have two guys fighting very well AND having a good time doing so. A number of times during the match they actually high-five'd each other after a really good shot. Very entertaining.

Tank Abbott vs Oleg Taktarov UFC6. It was like an unstoppable force versus an immovable object... It is 17 minutes long though, so I don't know about showing it to someone whos not interested already...
To introduce someone I would say:
Royce Gracie vs. Ken Shamrock the one that only lasts a minute (UFC 4?) -

The short Ken vs. Royce fight was from UFC 1, TUF NOOB! (I've always wanted to call someone that).
And I think Royce vs. Kimo is a cooler fight.
