With the echo going on I couldn't hear a lot of what you were saying, but the drills looked good. I liked the head-movement into kicks particularly; there's a lot of great examples of head movement into counter-punching in boxing, but in kickboxing you don't see head movement into kicks that often.

Karo did one that was similiar. I haven't seen anybody outside my gym do this maneuver though.

I did something similar at NAGA but its not on tape.

It's good, but really the audio is bad. It's really hard to hear what you say, and you talk a little too fast for me, at least. Besides that it was cool.
