    Hell yeah! Hell no!
How many people have seen a really good master, I mean one who can prove himself on the mat and in the street, go the route of fast food martial arts? Has anyone had their master do this?

Yes, it is. I've even seen them go down that route, and not manage to make any money anyway. That's gotta suck.

So how can you tactfully tell the Master your feelings without causing bad blood?

I haven't seen it but I'm sure it must be crushing.

My sensei told our class once if our school ever gets on the cover of Black Belt magazine, we have failed. I was almost moved to tears of happiness.

"I don't "spar." I hurt, kill and maim" -Some guy who I wanted to spar with once, I think. Good guy.
