    I've used this to increase mass over the years.

    Eat 1 gram of protein for every lb of body weight. This includes the RTD protein shakes from Muscle Tech. I try to eat as much red meat as possible.

    Either EAS or Muscle Tech Creatine. I'm currently using Muscle Tech's and enjoy it.

    Sunday: Chest and Back

    Monday: Arms, in the evening BJJ

    Tuesday: BJJ

    Wednesday: Shoulders/Kettlebells, BJJ in the evening

    Thursday: None

    Friday: Arms

    Saturday: Legs

    Sunday: Repeat.

    I was running two days a week, approx 4 miles in a 30 minute period. But I cut that out. Do you want me to be more specific about my work?
    Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

    Man, diet is something I've never studied at all. Can anyone recommend a good page about how to manage a healthy diet?
