Don't Get Fooled By Weight Loss Pills
Green tea and ginseng are a good source of energy. Fiber is essential for good regularity. Cayenne is a good thermogenic herb for speeding up metabolism. All of these so called "weight loss pills" are BS. Supplements can help, but they can only build ontop of a solid diet and exercise routine. Don't set your expectations too high for supplements, their effects are minimal with all thing considered.
The only supplements I'd recommend for losing weigt would be an appetite suppressant.
I went from 225 last July to 175 by last January. 50 pounds. Gracie Diet.
I followed it 100% (except the beer part... I REALLY like my beer. I just changed it to light beer). 50 pounds was my goal. I've been keeping it at that weight since.
It takes a couple weeks to get use to, but I couldn't believe how it changed my life. I never thought I would ever be this lean again at my age (43 this June).
If you do not understand how stupid this sounds, I suggest you refrain from posting on this site.

Grenade Fat burner is the best one ive tried and ive tried almost all of them.
Its got pretty much all the ingrediants people have listed , green tea, cayene ect....
Also walnuts and flax seed oil helps.
What I found makes a big difference the weeks I can tolerate it and appologies if you are already doing this as part of your diet but cutting out all processed foods and refined sugar really speeds up weight loss.
