Just wondering if there's really any non-drug related products that encourage weight loss as part of a calorie and exercise based program ?
I'm in the process of re-enlisting in the Armed Forces after a few years out and I'm now beginning a regime of phys but, having never used any additional products to assist in weight loss, I have zero experience in that area.
I'm currently 104kg and looking to shed 15/17kg

Green tea spiked with apple cider Vinegar if you're really brave. I've seen some people drop serious weight using that... No idea how healthy it is though.

I've also heard caffeine can help (insert standard IANAMD statement, not a doctor) by increasing the speed of the metabolism. But yeah, water, tons of water (ok, within reason, google 'water for weight loss').
Also, cut out Soda (coke, pepsi etc), it's murder. And beer (or switch to really light beer ;p).

High Fiber High Protien Lots of Water Green Tea diet worked for me. As for suplements for cutting weight, I think they are all a farce.

Ditch carb sources and replace them with veggies. Lots and lots of veggies.
Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

Cheers guys, already drinking bucket loads of water each day.. spending more time in the pisser than anywhere else lol..

Green tea has a good amount of caffeine. I don't know how "drug" you consider that.
You can't make people smarter. You can expose them to information, but your responsibility stops there.

Drug based as in medically orientated, roids and stuff of that nature.

eat smaller meals more frequently. That will help.
