No use in the real world, and I'm sure countless years of not being tested would have have made it all but obsolete by now, but I enjoy it.

That's freakin amazing! We have a couple of instructors at our TKD dojo that do Parkour, they are by far in the best condition of anyone in our school! Thanks for the link to American Parkour, good training stuff there!
