Well, ok, so to see what progress I am making in Judo, and also the areas that I need to work on, I modified a White Wolf Werewolf: The Apocalypse character sheet and made it into a training log.
It comes with a throw counter, and even a leveling system!
I want to make it more complete, so if you guys could perhaps critique it, I'd be really appreciated.

I'm picturing you drooling onto the keyboard as you type, one eye rotating independent of the other as your hands mash the keys. - Sophist
BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.

This is the best idea I have ever seen for a training log. Now I have to make one.

The difference between myself and the OP here is that I only thought about doing this.

I've never been able to maintain a training log. Not handwritten notes organized by day and certainly nothing as detailed as what you've got.
Just be careful you don't wind up knowing alot of techniques without being able to use them. And, not all techniques are created equal for your body. Some will be very reliable for you and some will be more trouble than they are worth.

I'm working on one for bjj, but it's proving a bit trickier to design.
So far I have a position flow chart and the leveling system, but the way to award xp points I believe should be more intricate.
