I've never been able to maintain a training log. Not handwritten notes organized by day and certainly nothing as detailed as what you've got.
Just be careful you don't wind up knowing alot of techniques without being able to use them. And, not all techniques are created equal for your body. Some will be very reliable for you and some will be more trouble than they are worth. -
