Btw, trained tonight.
Hour and a half of TKD (still stfu ;p), then an hour of BJJ. Much better, while we didn't do as many of the torturous sprawl/up-downs so that might have helped.
One thing I love about this though, I'm finding muscles that I need to work on more, muscles I didn't used to use as much that are screaming at me, and giving me places to improve.
And yeah, no more fekkin aspirin ;p.
