A tip, when documenting a claim he makes that you believe is questionable. Provide links, and screen captures to prevent a he said/he said problem from arising.

What in your personal experience made you decide the guy was not legit, when you formally had believe otherwise.

Actually, It would help the bullshido finding aspect of my side if this thread didn't exist until then. I will try to make his audio available, weather it is good in my case or bad.
The truth about his martial arts is what it is, and the truth is fine. I'm sure that this one part of his life isn't completely devoid of Bull, not when the rest obviously is quite the opposite.

I left a comment on his youtube comment inviting him to join the discussion (and hoping for hilarity as he tried to defend his poor technique)

I just found this site and read a post about "Master Po"
As a former student of his I can tell you he Robert Rivera is a fraud.
He taught like ****, in fact he would go down to his apartment during class and return to say good bye when class was over.
He taught Kapilian Kali in Nutley, NJ but closed down in 2003 then tried to reopen in 2005.
He trained on Long Island so he says in a basement. And claims to be a 40 year MA practictioner. I never trusted the guy and always thought he was shady.
I see now why he cant keep a school open. He now speaks on the Opie & Anthony show on XM radio.
I know this don't belong hear but I don't know my way around the site and wanted to tell you guys the mistery of "Master Po" or his real name Robert Rivera.

not as many as he should have from others slapping him.
I've listened to the O&A show and everytime they have anyone with any sort of MA experience, Po just about loses it.
He slobbered over Jet Li and when Chuck Liddell was on, Po was grasping at straws to try and find common ground by *knowing* similar "Masters"

as a note:
there is a "Po" post in the "Tom Fox" thread that I reported that should be merged over.
