That's ok. You could look at any of the "Classic" threads in this section to see an example of a OP investigation thread.
a OP investigation post typically consists of

* The information you've managed to dig up in support of your claims (if you claim he is a fraud. then you must back it up with corroborating evidence. (this forum has several lawyers on staff so legal threats don't really scare bullshido that much.)
* Your personal experience, etc. and if you have a agenda. be sure to be open about it. (in this case you appear to be). Transparency is good. You have nothing to hide. I'm sure he has plenty.
* Usually closing with some kind of open-ended inquiry. (Can anyone corroborate his other claims/confirm/affirm this bullshido)
and Links, Videos and other interesting material about the individual/school/instructor.
The more entertaining the OP thread. The more it gets read, the more it'll show up in google and the more people will contribute.

So try and organize your claims a little more clearly instead of all blobbed up in one paragraph if possible. (Im a FMA nuthugger. ergo I love all things FMA. especially investigating FMA bullshido.)
Additionally, Could you fix your video link? or post a different one? I can't see it for some reason. It sounds like a better video than his demo. It also sounds like there was an additional/earlier/older thread on this individual. Would you mind linking it in this thread? or editing your OP to include it for reference?

He sounds like he's up to his shoulders in debt from your description so far.
Could you go into details/specifics about the length and extent of his training under Amante P. Marinas? (Who I haven't heard of... but there are alot of smaller less known legit FMA teachers/systems/arts out there.)
and to answer your original question with regard to rank or titles in FMA.
There is no formal ranking or what not in FMA (Kali/Escrima/Arnis)
Guro = Instructor pretty much. Anything else like Maginoo Mandala Uber Weapons Master of All things. or Grand Ultra Tuhon or Superchief Tuhon Guro is more or less self-masturbation. In FMA, you generally aren't known by title but by reputation.
I wish he had the nerve to try FMA bullshido down here in texas. We got a couple of Former WEKAF World Champion guys (Doce Pares system) here. the head of the North American Pekiti Tirsia Kali Organization and a couple of Modern Arnis OGs.
I think a good next step woudl be to contact write/e-mail (both preferably) Opie and Anthony once we have documentation demonstrating your claim that he is a fraud.

Hell they'd probably try to arrange a challenge with a legit FMAer for shits and giggles.
I would pay a large amount of money to see this guy take on Crafty Dog of the Dog Brothers in a Gathering.... sadly it would be the most expensive 30 seconds of my entirely life... but god it would be worth it.
