Erik Paulson has this conversation up on his web site that covers issues of how he weight trains, what supplements he takes and coffee - apparently a cup of black coffee has 4 times the amount of anti-oxidents as a cup of green tee.

Lots of interesting stuff, and frankly I don't know enough about it to judge, but I am going to listen through it a few times.
