Can I say that the Physical Training/Diet/Health forums has a wealth of information?
I've read through at least 60 pages worth of threads to put together things for myself and learn. What makes you so special that you can't do the same thing?

I'm not going to try to answer the questions, but it might help listing what organised classes are available for you, how much time you have. What you can afford to spend on it. Lily is harsh, but it might be good to look into this yourself, then present what you think would be good for your stated aims. People might be more willing to give their opinions on those programs.

This has been discussed ad nauseum. The only reason I don't send this to trollshido is because I know you are for real.
So with that cleared up, we now conclude this thread with an ending appropriate for the occasion.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
