I'm not going to try to answer the questions, but it might help listing what organised classes are available for you, how much time you have. What you can afford to spend on it. Lily is harsh, but it might be good to look into this yourself, then present what you think would be good for your stated aims. People might be more willing to give their opinions on those programs.
