I have a vague memory of a post I made about supplements earlier, and someone mentioned they took a supplement to help them recover after weight lifting. Like, I'm pretty sore now 3 days after some lifting, and was wondering what supplements work for this, and exactly how they work (i like to know why rather than just take them).
