    Omega calls it the Key choke, for what it's worth. He explained this to me as Sirc's face was turning purple from it, making it a good point to bring up . . . anywhere, really.

    Go for a kata gatame, modified to the arm triangle in this circumstance. A stronger choke, or hold, overall, and not extremely hard to apply from a hold down such as kesa gatame.
