We used to use a slightly modified version of this in wrestling to flip people from face down to face up for the pin...

I am turning in my BB and gi and getting some high boots and a speedo. Some of those submissions from Pro Wrasslin really hurt, and most of them have shorter, less flashy versions from back in the days when Pro Wrasslin was less fake.
