Water retention vs water weight
So I'm trying to cut my last bit of weight today. I did a search on Diuretics and found some weird answers form bodybuilders. They were all saying to not take diuretics because it will make you retain MORE water. Since I've never been into bodybuilding but have had success with diuretics before for cutting weight I have to wonder what they are talking about.
Are they strictly talking about visual water retention and getting "cut" or are they also talking about water weight at the scale?
Carry around an empty water bottle, and spit in it constantly. Very quick weight cut, and cuts water weight. You can replenish it pretty easily too.
