Supplements making me feel like crap
So I believe that something or a combination of what I am taking is making me feel like crap since when I stop taking them the crappy feeling goes away. I have begun trying to figure it out by stopping for a few weeks then starting again one supplement at a time.
Here’s what I used take every day:
1 x GNC Multi-Vitamin (Mega Gold or something like that)
2 x GNC Omega 3 fish oils capsules (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch)
3 x GNC Triflex (Breakfast, lunch, supper)
Does anybody have any experience with negative reactions to any of these products?

I use the GNC Mega-Omega 3 product without problems. I take 2-4 grams a day (!! - cardiologist prescribed) for my heart issues.
Are you allergic to shellfish? If so, the Triflex is what is causing you to feel crappy.
Also, The glucosamine in Triflex can raise fasting blood glucose level in some people. If you are borderline diabetic, this would also make you feel crappier.Calm down, it's only ones and zeros.

I take the first two with no problems.
Are the mega gold you take with or without iron? The lady at GNC suggested the no-iron for men.HTFU and join Bullshido on Fitocracy!

Dont take Iron in your MVs. Men should not need it.

I cut the oil supplementation back to hardly anything (1 pill maybe once a week) and that made a huge difference. My supposition is (no real scientific basis to this except anecdotal thinking) was that the excess oil that was not digested was either blocking or absorbing a number of the vitamins within the multi-V supplement, e.g. like Olestra does.
And, like I say, I dramatically cut back on my oil supplementation (I still eat plenty of fish etc so I'm receiving a lot dietarily anyway) and now it's good.

All I take is Easy Active Plus or something like that as well as protein. I try to eat as healthy as possible but every now and then I start getting that down feeling. I find I need some sort of junk food and it picks me right up. I only do this maybe once every 3 weeks though. If you dont eat too healthy right now ignore this cause it doesnt apply to you.

8 oz- Milk (Lactose Free I cant have milk)
1- Tbsp of powder Glutamine.
(I quit the Creatine and NOX. Creatine made me feel bloated and the NOX was upsetting my tummy.)
Shake it in a mixer cup and drink.
I also take a Mens multivitamin. When I am trying to lose weight (Im on Weght Watchers right now) I take the Multivit in the am and pm. I feel fine from it
I also eat a big meal once a week to keep the cravings down. It also seems to help cleanse my colon and I feel better.
