about a year ago i was 155 pounds mainly because i wrestled alot of the months but when my senior year came up i just stopped caring and now im going to be a freshmen in college in jan. now ive managed to go from that to 212, im thinking of joinning a mauy thai academy but am kind of not sure if i still have what it takes cut the weight, the classes are only about an hour long and im looking for a good post workout for about another hour and a good diet plan since well, september 2006 ive just eaten anything that i could.
