I've been hitting up www.GoTKO.com but they're currently sold out of the fight shorts that I want.

I often buy stuff from combatsports.com.
As for what to wear under your shorts, sport-type briefs with a bit of leg on them and a cup works fine for me. You obviously shouldn't be wearing boxers or anything that'll let your junk hang out.
Some folks in my class wear board shorts. Personally I go for fight shorts since they tend to hold up longer. -

one more vote for http://www.combatsports.com. As for what to wear under, I wear boxer-briefs and a cup under my boardshorts.

For a gi, I'd go with HCK. Good quality and decent prices. Plus, they have really good service.

MMAwarehouse has been alright for me. Ringside is OK. CombatSports (I know, Ringside, Blah blah blah) is kind of hit and miss, at least in my experience. Quality gear, but sometimes it takes forever to get your ****. Inspirit has good fight shorts, about average price, and surprisingly quick delivery (considering it's shipped from Japan). Shipping is set at ten bucks.
