I burned out last week, I had to force myself to get to the gym, but for 2 months I've doing something everyday, except for Saturdays, either MA training or sprints. I took off Thursday and Saturday and Sunday and I feel ok now. I think it was a combination of burn out and pre fight jitters.
You know, I usually have this cycle where I work out balls to the walls for about 3 months and then I just drag ass for about a month after that. I always just figured that thats how my cycles went. However, now that I've been on this forum, I'm thinking that I might be burning out. huh.
To the poster, thanks for posting this thread. I would recommend that you get yourself some flax seed oil or other fatty acid supplement. Since you don't have much fat in your diet, you need something to protect and "lubricate" your joints, which can get damaged if overused.
