Ah this is what you are doing. You might want to take your " preaching" to another website.
The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. --Keith David--Ice Cube

I do enjoy that typing a post and hitting "send" is a different tense than typing a text message and hitting "send."

It looks as though he was doing taiji forms. As for the lady with the fan, that was a kung fu form, that she learned in her other training (I believe that was Instructor Sze who was noted for having training in Chinese arts). Over all it is HKD. What branch..not sure.
The red flag in my mind was the lapel grab followed by the no-touch knock down. I can only hope that they were being funny. If not stay the hell away from that place. Because if they believe they can teach you how to stop a man without touching him...they are full of crap. -

Are you kidding me...are you seriously playing a race card here? Not sure how it is in your..ummm..hood, but where I am from they just walk into a school regardless of the instructor. I have yet have anyone come in to our school, ran by a old white guy, then turn around and say...no thanks his eyes are too round for me to believe he knows martial arts.
Honestly, that is the worse use of a race card I have seen in awhile. -

Technically speaking, unless your instructor learned directly under GM Choi, and even his history is in speculation, you are not learning Aikijitsu as taught by GM Takeda. Making claims that modern HKD = AJ is like making a claim that TKD=Karate. It may may have had its roots there but has grown into its own persona long ago.
