Just recently I pulled my wrist lifting something I would usually not have any problems with. So I got mad at myself for becoming so physically weak. I was contemplaiting voiding my contract and just not paying them. But it’s really a nice gym and I’m getting mine and everyone’s stuff together so I’m looking forward to going back soon. Those little guys are really good teachers and they really enjoy what they’re doing. I’m big and tall so they are short to me.

Why don't you tell the school owner or the head instructor what's goin on so that the billing company doesn't breathe down your neck or lump payments for months you don't show up (are you paying for those?!?!) Most in the MMA/BJJ biz are pretty understanding and chill about that sort of thing - at least for those bills you don't necessarily have to tackle them alone.

I hate to say it but a biweekly event of getting blitz out of your mind with people who you can poor out your drunken missery does help alot. Just a warning you will hurt alot the next day.

Helping your family really sounds like its making things worse for you. If you have a full time job and your own place why not just let them live their own lives? No need in letting your parents drinking and money problems drag you down as well.
