Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Leonardo" micro-series: Leonardo on the run from about a million ninjas. Yeah, I know this is the kind of thing that spawns Bullshido, but that was one hell of an entertaining comic, at least the first ten or so issues of the first series.

Seconded on the Batman vs. Mutants' leader fight.

Lone Wolf and Cub, Vol. 3: The duel at the end of the story about the ronin who had become an affable drunk. The guy is too good for Itto to beat in a fair fight, so he throws his sword at the start of the fight.

King Peacock, the only Yazidi Super Hero, vs the giant roman statue-chick in the second series of top-ten is pretty cool.

Also the Ultra Mice vs the Atom Cats from book one never fails to send me roffling
