I intend to offer full MuayThai rules for amateurs this coming year. I still have a few things to get into place first, though. Fighters who qualify for these matches will be required to wear headgear and elbow pads (NO shinpads!), and will fight for 5x 2-min rounds.
The sanctioning body called the "Global Combat Alliance" (GCA) promotes MuayThai using full rules for professionals and amateurs. Their website is gcafights.com -
