    Another week on the Big Island and another update. This weekend was a good time. We had great training all week and then Friday came and it was time to take it a little bit easier.

    Wow, great pictures and what an opportunity! Hawaii and Hawaiian culture is "no ka oi." Sean will translate for you, haole fokah... seriously though, for me, to come into Hawaiian
    Style ma as an older bb and one of the very few haoles, was the best ma training I've ever had, and the best friendly unassuming good people evah!

    Now if you can only make it to the Pahoa Farmers Market in Puna, and the beach party afterwords (clothing optional, drumming and dancing NOT!), and the great pakalolo and the girls and... wait a minute, you're training!

    I really envy you, what a chance to get good training and to learn about one of the greatest cultures in the world. I can't wait 'til I get to train with the guys on O'ahu again!
