    sorness after stretching

Hey guys im new so dont mess me if i do something wrong, but ive been stretching every night and the day after im sore, is that right or should i be sore, just like anyother form of excersising? Keep in mind that its been an unusual amount of strecthing, like 2 hours a night. I would also like to know whats an appropriate stretch, should i stretch until i feel a little pain or what?

Next time, please make a new thread, and ask the question again in it. It's not appropriate for you to jump into a thread and write a question that has nothing to do with the thread in the first place.

    Thanks.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

You can't make people smarter. You can expose them to information, but your responsibility stops there.
