I do not take any multi-vitamins. I think I get enough calcium, because I eat lots of yogurt and drink lots of chocolate milk.
Also, I went to pee this morning and it was bright yellow. Awesome start to the day.

Was it dark yellow, or light yellow? If it was really dark yellow, you have cancer, and you have to split your wee-wee open and rub salt on it.
