Submissions 101

I did a search for this site but couldn't find anything. Any thoughts on the vids on there? I haven't watched them all (there's about 120) but the ones I've looked at seem useful, some of them I already know though. Pentagram choke looks interesting. I notice Eddie Bravo makes an appearance on a couple of them also.

I just took a quick look. Seems like a decent site, not sure if I agree with all the techniques in there, but any site that has free videos is ok in my book :)

The technique vid's are ok, But I question that guys lineage. I think he started in Traditional Jiu Jitsu and then switched to BJJ. I doubt hes a true Black belt in BJJ, probably more like purple level...

yea i'm not a huge fan at all to be honest. They have an arm triangle from bottom mount as a technique. i don't claim to be a great grappler, but i know what crappling is when i see it.

As for his credentials, he's got some black belts in some weird systems and lists that he trains at 10th planet with eddie bravo, but lists no rank from there.
