I have received a lot of positive feedback from many people in regards to my articles on this site and many others. Stephan Kesting even featured one of my articles on his site and in his newsletter along with the "Confidence in Grappling" article being featured on the front page of Lockflow...I really appreciate it and all of the support....I am going to do my best to share more articles with you guys and I hope they help.

I'm going to use this thread to compile all of them together. If I post a new article. I'll also update this thread.

Id like to say i appreciate alot of your efforts. I stumbled on your youtube closed guard nogi video yesterday. And something simple clicked while watching. Not technique wise persay, but an overall principle in execution.

I tried applying it today and it considerably improved my overall closed/open guard in nogi. Usually i lose the guard rather quickly to the old guys to the point that my whole gameplan revolved around reversing it from halfguard.

But after 6 months of whoring the halfguard, im getting pissantly bored of it. But had no lead on where to focus next.

Today, my nogi guard was a bit more credible than usual.

So you helped me break out of a slump. Thanks.

That's great to hear! I never expected that video to get such positive feedback from so many people and it has really motivated me to always work hard and develop my game and my teaching for my students.

Thank you for your kind words and good luck in your training.

It was an administrative decision. I'm just a moderator, so by the time I found out and tried to stop it, you were already hit with the temp ban. Just try not to make threads or posts that are specifically advertising your forum and I don't think there'll be any problems. As long as you continue to post information, I really have no problem with you linking to your forum occasionally.

Yeah...I figured that....I usually know to supply useful content that can help others, especially if I include a link as that is usually the proper etiquette. That thread was not really meant to advertise, but I did not approach it right and I know it seemed like it.

Thanks for understanding and not giving me the ban hammer permanantly. :-)

    Jasculs,

Good articles. You going to compile them into a book? You could do a my journey from white to black or something, present these in line, and publish it when you get your black.
