Century products are crap. Damned near all of them. The day a UFC fighter has the stitching come undone while trying to finish his opponent, I will laugh. What an insult to Ouano....Knowing is not enough, you must apply...

you have a back pocket on your gi?

My Century Judo gi came apart while grappling in a Judo class. The sleeve ripped from shoulder to wrist. The rip wasn't even near the seem. The gi only cost around $55 and was two years old. Not a great loss but still a loss. I would rather pay more for something that will last.

i would assume this is because century made an offer that combat sports couldn't match. let's hope that they make special higher quality stuff for the UFC though.
and this sucks for john ouano, he is a great guy and has made quality stuff for years. i hate to see him lose out due to big business outbidding him."Face punches are an essential character building part of a martial art. I've had these debates on Sociocide and some people seem to think that's true.
On another note, that sucks for the dude whose knee blew out. As someone recovering from an injury, he has my sympathy. It's good he's so light-hearted about it, the first guy finding out about his broken arm didn't take it so well.

Well you know Dana has to try to save money wherever he can. Do you know the cut off for the richest 400 people in the US is 1.3 billion dolllars? How can Dana get on that list if he is paying top dollar for Combat Sports gear?

i thought Dorian was pulling some stupid stunt to get kicked off the show on purpose. Man he's got issues.
Serra calls it right every time when he talks about Hughes reactions, and its damn funny too.
Good strategy by Serra for the picks, definitely put some thought into it, rather than alwayys pairing the strongest against the weakest like in the past seasons
(tho, this will no doubt pit at least 2 of the better fighters together early on instead of having the best guys make it to the quarter finals or finals)

As much as I want Serra's guys to win, I always have this sinking feeling that Matt Hughes will do the Miletich thing and sit quietly through defeats only to come out the overall champ.

According to Billy, camera guy was 50 feet away from him when he came unglued...just saying. Props to him for getting his stuff togather, and I hope he stays.
