Yeah that was pretty bad. Yeah take the opinion of some multiple BB holding McDojo artist, and some Acupuncturist on whether you can cause a slow building hematoma in the brain to kill someone 3 days after they have been struck....idiots.

He stands and punches like a bitch with his chin held high. I've been working hard to keep myself compact at all times, but if you watch any of the TD vids I did pretty much the same thing.

I started a thread on MABS about this. I like the contrast of real fighting to dork fighting in one swift motion. Yes, it could cause medical death.... so... shouldn't they ask a real doctor? Just given the random amount of injuries that people sustain, if there was a one-hit kill spot, (particularly with minor force demonstrated), then shouldn't randomly getting hit have a few dim mak deaths per year? Boxing, M.T, San Shou, MMA would have lots of random death hits.

Ok sorry I got distracted by that dim mak crap. (Someone actually threated me with it recently)

I hate to see people lose just because their body has a freak failure but it's part of the sport.

I like that Dana gave Dorian another shot after his jackassery. He seems like a good kid that just let the pressure get to him.

His standup was kinda shitty, but in all fairness, he's just starting. I though the other dude with the psychodelic hairdo (what's his name) knocked him cold, but it was his knee. One cannot but feel bad for him. Oh well, **** happens. I hope it was just some minor buckling and not a torn ACL or some **** like that.
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
