    Critique my video plz; not my spelling.

    I got a video of me doing the Bas Rutten All-Round Workout Routine 1.

    I haven't had any formal Muay Thai instruction so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my technique during the shadowboxing.

    You have no formal instruction and you are training from a video. Great!

    You want to hear "wow you have nice muscles and move pretty good for a novice..."

    I don't think you'll hear that around here...

    I'm confused as to why you put this video online.

    The purpose of the training is to provide an "all-round workout". I was wondering if anyone with actual experience can critique my 'Muay Thai'. Bas (edit:showed) the basics of each strike so I don't think its meant for someone who is truly experienced.

    Watch this video. Look at his pushups =]. In fact, in the actual instructional video, he does it a bit more differently.
